I have a 40 perch bare land located in Jubilee Mawatha, Makewita, Ja-Ela that I want to sell urgently.
It is situated in a residential area adjoining a paddy field and there is a beautiful oya that flows by beyond the paddy field. There is much scenic value and the land is very lushes and fertile.
The land does not go under water. When there are heavy rains, water collects and subsides within a couple of hours (all water flows to the oya) – which is normal for many properties.
