Fantastic opportunity to buy two plots of prime residential land (12 perches per plot) in a highly desirable location just outside Ja-Ela town. We bought the plots from the Finance Company PLC in 2008 with a plan to build a large double story house, unfortunately family problems meant we had to spend more time in the UK. We searched long and hard in 2008 to find the right location, some areas had flooding issues, and the plots we looked at in the town were too noisy. The big new upstairs house opposite has a lovely couple with the husband working in the Insurance industry. Its 5 minutes drive from the Ja-Ela town centre and the Railway station, with frequent trains to Colombo.
